What is their full name (First, middle, and last)?
Annalise Delacroix
What is their gender/sex? Class?
Female in both gender and sex, Sovereign class.
How old are they?
19 years old!
Do they have any birthmarks/scars/other distinguishing marks?
She has a burn scar on her left shoulder. No other distinguishing marks!
If they have scars, how/when did they get them?
The burn scar on her shoulder was from an assassination attempt on her family when she was seven--this attempt claimed the life of her mother who made sure she and her brother could live.
Do they have any friends or family? Who?
She considers the other members of her Fiore guild her friends! Edith is the closest to her, though. Her only remaining family at this point is her older brother, Matthias.
Do they have any quirks or habits? What are they?
Where were they born? How did they get to the town they’re in now? Where do they call home?
What is their favorite food? How do they like it made?
Have they ever fallen in love? With who?
Never fallen in love! That's not to say that won't change, but. You know :U
What made them decide to join/found a guild?
How was their guild formed? How did they meet the other members of it?
How did their first brush with a labyrinth go? Did they like mapping? Did they think it was hard? Was it easy?
Where do they live in town? At the inn? A house? An apartment? The streets?
At the inn--she could live somewhere nicer if she chose to, but she likes the inn.
How late do they stay up? How do they sleep? Do they snore or sleeptalk? Sleepwalk?
How many people in town do they know? How often do they get out and about town? Where do they frequent?
It's highly probable that she knows pretty much everyone in Armoroad. Annalise goes out of her way to talk to all the people she can and get to know them as well as they'll allow her. If the guild isn't having an impromptu meeting (most of them are held at Butterfly Bistro), she's usually at Aman's Inn or Napier's Firm (or Twinkling Tavern and Napier Branch if they're in Deep City). Her favorite place in town, however, is Butterfly Bistro--she loves talking to everyone there!
Do they have another job besides exploring? Where? What is it?

What do they like to do in town?
Annalise mostly likes socializing! She'll spend a lot of her time in Butterfly Bistro chatting with Missy or the other patrons.
In the labyrinths what do they do?
When they fight, are they a front liner, a back liner, or do they move around a lot?
Back line! ... Not for lack of wanting to fight on the front line though. She stays in the back at Edith's insistence.
What’s their signature fighting style? Any special skills or elements that they favor?
Do they fight closely with their teammates or break off from the group?
Are they the type to take a fatal hit for someone on their party? Do they care for their party members?
She cares a lot about her party members! She'd gladly take a fatal hit for someone, but more often than not, Edith doesn't allow it...
What is their goal or motive for being in the labyrinths? Do they even have one?
Do they like doing silly things in the labyrinth? What things have they done or witnessed? Are they serious if not silly?

Do they prefer quests or missions? Why?
She prefers quests--she likes the feeling of helping people which is a lot more direct with quests than it is with missions.
How long is their ideal labyrinth trip?
What weapons do they use? What armor? How come? Do they change it often? Why?
Annalise prefers rapiers and heavier armor. She was trained specifically to use a rapier (like many of the nobles in her homeland), and while she didn't prefer heavier armor initially, both Matthias and Edith insisted on it. She tends to hang onto weapons until they break, but armor is often changed as soon as something stronger becomes available.
